We are expanding our team in Algeria and are looking for a talented Salesman with expertise in agricultural machinery and production.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales manager to join our team in Algeria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in agricultural machinery and production, and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry in Algeria. As a Sales Manager at Zoomlion, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our range of agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.- Identify and engage with potential customers and key decision-makers in the agricultural sector.- Present, promote, and sell Zoomlion's agricultural machinery and equipment to existing and prospective customers.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.- Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, particularly in agricultural machinery and production.- Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and market in Algeria.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Proficiency in French and/or English is preferred.- Ability to travel within the region as required.
