About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Full-time Odoo Developer

to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and customization of Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise editions), strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems.
  • Design, test, and deploy new features, workflows, and automation within Odoo.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo implementations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an
    Odoo Developer

(
2+ years preferred

).
- Proficiency in
Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL

.
- Familiarity with the
Odoo framework, ORM, QWeb reports, and APIs

.
- Experience in module migration and version upgrades is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills (
English and/or French is a plus

).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery).
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

    120,000 DZD – 180,000 DZD / month + bonuses
