Role Description

The Director of Growth is an on-site, full-time role located in Algiers. This position involves leading and developing strategies to drive business expansion, overseeing sales initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities. The Director of Growth will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative marketing campaigns, manage projects efficiently, and strengthen partnerships to promote business development. The role demands strategic decision-making, a data-driven approach, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development for driving revenue growth and forming client relationships
  • Project Management experience to plan, execute, and oversee initiatives effectively
  • Proficiency in Marketing strategies to create impactful campaigns and expand brand presence
  • Proven leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in scaling operations and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
