As the Creative Director at Yassir, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Art Directors, Project Managers, and Audiovisual professionals. You will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless execution of all creative projects. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to harmonize the creative output with Yassir's brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and communicate the creative vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet business and market needs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas across campaigns and projects.
- Team Management:
- Manage and mentor Art Directors, Project Managers, and an Audiovisual Manager to maximize their performance and creativity.
- Assign projects, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture while ensuring professional development.
- Creative Oversight:
- Oversee the development of all visual and audiovisual content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Review and approve concepts, designs, and audiovisual productions before final delivery.
- Set clear creative guidelines and ensure adherence to branding and messaging standards.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to streamline workflows, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas of improvement.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
- Champion innovative approaches to storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing creative teams and large-scale projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and audiovisual production processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
