Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Country Deputy General Manager to join our dynamic team in 
Algeria

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Operations: Responsible for the daily operational management of the Algeria Business Division, ensuring production safety and efficiency. Oversee all stages, including exploration, extraction, production, and refining, to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

· Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute the business development strategy and annual operational plans for the Algerian market. Analyze market trends to provide recommendations for business expansion and investment to the company.

· Project Management: Responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects in Algeria, ensuring their completion on time and to the required quality standards. Manage project budgets, control costs, and enhance return on investment.

· Risk Management: Identify and assess operational risks, and develop corresponding risk control and emergency response plans. Ensure the company's compliance with local laws and regulations, and maintain a positive corporate image.

· Team Management: Build and develop a high-performing operations team, enhancing team performance and employee capabilities. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to optimize resource allocation.

· Client Relations: Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and explore new business opportunities. Represent the company in communicating and coordinating with external organizations such as government agencies and industry associations.

Qualifications:

· Background in Petroleum, Science, or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry.

· Proficiency in English, Arabic, and French as working languages for business negotiations and technical communication.

· Alignment with the company's culture and values, active participation in company events, and efficient execution and promotion of company policies.

· Global mobility and the ability to adapt to different national cultures, climates, and work environments, including long-term assignments in challenging conditions.

· Spirit of hard work and perseverance, with a proactive approach to taking responsibility, solving complex problems, and achieving objectives.

· Innovative thinking, the courage to explore and drive progress, the ability to independently assume operational responsibilities, and to lead a team to achieve its goals.
