Halkorb RH, cabinet agréé par l'État, recrute pour le compte de son client — 𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲́𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 — un(e) Manager Route to Market & Business Development.
𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 :
• Élaborer et déployer la stratégie commerciale pour maximiser les ventes et les marges sur tous les canaux.
• Gérer et développer un réseau national de points de vente.
• Déployer des outils technologiques (SFA, ERP) pour assurer le suivi terrain et la fidélisation clients.
• Piloter la performance à travers le reporting, le suivi des KPI et les tableaux de bord.
• Coordonner les flux logistiques et la gestion des stocks de lubrifiants.
• Définir des plans d'action pour les marchés clés : TP, Transport, Sidérurgie, Énergie, Oil & Gas, Ciment.
• Contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits via la veille concurrentielle.
• Animer la feuille de route stratégique en lien avec les équipes marketing et commerciales.
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲́ :
• Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac +5) avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience managériale.
• Solide expérience dans la gestion de réseaux de distribution et de vente de proximité.
• Excellentes compétences en management, négociation et pilotage de performance.
• Sens du terrain, rigueur et autonomie.
• Maîtrise du Pack Office.
