Context :

The Scope master orchestrates the development of customer-centric solutions, bridging business strategy with Agile practices to drive product success and business growth.

Role :

  • Design and optimize user experiences across digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and brand identity.
  • Define and prioritize design features and enhancements based on product input, usability insights, and emerging design trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, development, marketing) to deliver intuitive and visually compelling product interfaces.
  • Leverage analytics, research, and user feedback to make data-informed design decisions and continuously improve product usability and performance.
  • Lead design presentations, prototypes, and feedback sessions to validate design solutions and gather actionable insights.
  • Champion user-centered design principles, contributing to the product vision and roadmap through creative and strategic input.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles (Product Design, Interaction Design, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional product and teams.
  • Solid knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and end-to-end digital product design lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.

Minimum Entry Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field
