Dans le cadre du renforcement de son effectif, EmploiPartner recrute un
Product owner :

Missions principales :

En tant que Product Manager, vous serez en charge de :

Définir et prioriser la roadmap produit en collaboration avec les équipes techniques, marketing et commerciales.

Recueillir et analyser les retours utilisateurs pour améliorer l'expérience produit.

Définir les spécifications fonctionnelles et suivre leur mise en œuvre.

Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) du produit et proposer des actions correctives.

Participer à la lancement des nouveaux produits et assurer la communication interne et externe.

Travailler avec les équipes UX/UI, développement et marketing pour garantir la qualité et la cohérence du produit.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme : Bac+4/5 en commerce, ingénierie, informatique ou équivalent.

Expérience : 1 à 3 ans en gestion de produit / gestion de projet digital / produit tech.

Compétences :

Excellente capacité d'analyse et résolution de problèmes

Bonnes connaissances en UX/UI, méthodes Agile/Scrum

Capacité à travailler en équipe et à fédérer autour d'un projet

Anglais courant (souhaité)
