Nous cherchons notre 
Budget & Benefits Manager.

Responsabilités :

  • Élaborer et suivre les budgets de masse salariale, primes, bonus, avantages sociaux, intéressement/participation, etc.
  • Produire des reportings financiers réguliers (mensuel, trimestriel, annuel) et projections pour la DRH et la direction financière.
  • Assurer l'analyse des écarts entre prévisions et réalisations, et proposer des mesures correctrices.
  • Participer à la définition de la politique rémunération groupe, en cohérence avec la stratégie RH et les objectifs de croissance.
  • Réaliser des études de marché, des benchmarks salariaux (secteur pharma ou industries similaires) pour garantir l'attractivité et l'équité interne/externe.
  • Piloter le cycle annuel de revue de rémunération, y compris la négociation des augmentations, des bonus, des primes, en collaboration avec les HRBPs et le DRH.
  • Assurer la conformité légale et réglementaire des dispositifs de rémunération et avantages (droit du travail, cotisations, fiscalité, obligations statutaires…).
  • Produire des analyses de coûts et simulations (évolution d'effectifs, création de poste, réorganisation…).
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets transverses RH (classification de postes, job-grading, intégration de nouvelles entités, projets de transformation RH).

Profil recherché :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en : Ressources Humaines, Finance, ou équivalent.
  • Une expérience significative (5 à 10 ans) dans un poste similaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (tableaux de bord, simulations, reporting, analyse financière).
  • Connaissance ou expérience en ERP, idéalement du Système RH intégré, outil de reporting.
  • Expérience significative dans la grille salariale.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Orientation projet et amélioration continue.
