We are looking for a talented
Senior People Officer
to join us. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee administration (contracts, files, onboarding, archiving).
  • Monitor probation periods and ensure legal compliance.
  • Update and maintain HR data in our
    HRIS
    .
  • Provide daily support to managers and employees.
  • Handle correspondence with social security organizations (CNAS, CNR, Chifa, etc.).
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects (digitalization, onboarding, etc.)

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • University degree (preferably in Human Resources).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English would be an asset.
