Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial operations of our infrastructure construction projects in Algeria, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of invoices, reports, and other financial documents.
- Supervise accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and budgeting.
- Liaise with project managers, operations managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accounting Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Finance.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial software.
- Familiarity with Algerian and Maghreb laws and regulations related to works contracts and public works.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and budgets.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
