The Role

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with their booking requests and maximizing room revenue through effective sales techniques while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations by phone and email.
• Process bookings accurately.
• Promote hotel services and upsell rooms.
• Update reservation systems.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales.
• Deliver outstanding guest service.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.
• Experience in Reservations or Front Office preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Opera PMS knowledge is an advantage.
