Role Description The Sales Manager at Novatech ITSS is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence. This full-time, on-site role based in Algiers includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Sales Manager will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with operational capabilities, analyzing market trends and competitors, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for leadership. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain high professional standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and represent Novatech ITSS at meetings, events, and client visits. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, including setting targets, leading teams, and achieving revenue goals.
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate clear performance reports.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on prioritization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in IT services, technology solutions, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and standard office productivity software.
• Ability to work on-site in Algiers and travel locally for client meetings when required.
