1. Requirements
• Senior high school diploma or above; priority given to candidates with majors in petroleum/mechanical engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in solid control equipment operation (centrifuge operation & maintenance experience is preferred).
• Preference for holders of special operation certificates or HSE certificates.
• Strong learning ability required for candidates with limited experience. 2. Core Abilities requested
• Capable of independently operating centrifuges, shale shakers, and brine filtration equipment.
• Proficient in equipment start-up/shutdown, parameter adjustment (e.g., centrifuge speed, brine filtration pressure), and basic maintenance (replacing screens, filter elements).
• Skilled in filling out operation reports and familiar with environmental protection standards. 3. Professional Qualities
• Abide by safety and environmental regulations; meticulous and rigorous.
• Adaptable to field work; good teamwork skills. Job Responsibilities
• Equipment Operation (Including Centrifuges and Brine Equipment): Start and stop solid control equipment such as shale shakers and centrifuges as required; operate brine filtration equipment standardly to complete brine filtration. Adjust parameters (e.g., centrifuge speed, brine filtration pressure) according to drilling fluid/brine performance to ensure effective solid separation and brine filtration.
• Process Monitoring and Fault Handling: Observe equipment operation, focusing on checking centrifuges and brine filtration equipment for abnormal noise or leakage. Regularly test drilling fluid solid content and brine purity. In case of faults (e.g., damaged screens, clogged brine equipment), stop the machine for handling in a timely manner or report the issue.
• Maintenance Management: Clean equipment; maintain centrifuges (adding grease, cleaning drums) and brine filtration equipment (cleaning filter elements, inspecting pipelines). Replace wearing parts (screens, filter elements), record maintenance logs, and ensure sufficient consumables.
• Compliant Operation: Reuse qualified drilling fluid and filtered brine; transfer waste solids in categories. Abide by environmental protection regulations to prevent pollution from leakage.
• Safety and Recording: Wear protective equipment and comply with safety procedures. Fill in daily operation reports (including centrifuge and brine equipment parameters) every day to ensure data traceability.
