Key requirement: 1. Academic and Professional Background : College degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Oilfield Chemistry or other related majors; with no less than 10 years of on-site management experience in mud projects (e.g., drilling fluid construction, solid control equipment operation and maintenance, waste disposal, etc.), and experience in managing mud operations for deep wells/special wells (such as horizontal wells, shale gas wells). 2. Professional Competence: Familiar with the preparation, performance adjustment and on-site construction process of drilling fluid systems (water-based, oil-based); capable of independently identifying and handling issues such as well mud contamination and abnormal viscosity; master the principles, operation and maintenance key points of solid control equipment (shale shakers, centrifuges, etc.); understand the environmental protection regulations and compliant processes for drilling fluid waste disposal, and able to formulate meeting requirements disposal plans. 3. Management Ability: Possess the ability to coordinate on-site production; able to formulate reasonable mud operation plans based on drilling progress and efficiently allocate human and equipment resources; with team management experience, capable of organizing skill training, implementing performance appraisal to improve team operation efficiency; proficient in problem analysis and risk control, able to identify production deviations or potential safety hazards in advance and adjust plans in a timely manner. 4. Safety and Compliance Awareness :Strictly master the requirements of the HSE management system; familiar with on-site safety operating procedures for mud operations (e.g., treatment agent protection, safe operation of equipment); possess emergency response capabilities, and able to lead or participate in handling emergencies such as drilling fluid leakage and equipment failure. 5. Communication and Collaboration Ability :Possess good communication skills; able to efficiently connect with drilling teams, Party A supervisors and suppliers, clearly report project progress and coordinate resources; have a strong awareness of cross-departmental collaboration, and able to promote the connection between mud operations and the main drilling tasks. Key responsiblities: 1. On-site Production Coordination: Formulate the production plan for the mud project, align with the drilling schedule, allocate human and equipment resources, review production data daily, adjust deviations, and ensure the implementation of tasks. 2. Drilling Fluid Construction Control: Supervise the preparation, performance adjustment and circulation maintenance of drilling fluid, conduct random inspections on key parameters (such as density and viscosity), handle emergencies like well mud contamination, and avoid drilling risks. 3. Waste Disposal Management: Develop compliant disposal plans, supervise the processes of solid-liquid separation and harmless treatment, and ensure compliance with standards. 4. Solid Control Equipment Management: Be responsible for equipment acceptance, commissioning and operation supervision, formulate maintenance plans, stock up on vulnerable parts, establish equipment files, and reduce downtime caused by faults. 5. Team & Safety Management: Provide training on professional skills for the team, implement HSE requirements, inspect potential hazards, handle emergency incidents, assess and motivate employees, and improve work efficiency. 6. Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with the drilling team, Party A (the client) and suppliers, report progress, coordinate resources, submit production reports, and ensure project alignment.
