About the role:

We're looking for a
Content Creator
who's passionate about storytelling and loves being both
behind
and
in
front
of the camera. You'll be the creative mind capturing the daily operations, energy, and behind-the-scenes moments of MDM Express Algeria. From warehouse and delivery footage to team interviews and success stories you'll turn everyday moments into powerful social content that builds our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, film, and edit engaging videos showcasing MDM's operations, team, and culture.
  • Appear on camera to narrate or host content for reels, TikToks, and other social media videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and create content calendars.
  • Capture authentic behind-the-scenes footage across departments (logistics, sourcing, delivery, etc.).
  • Edit videos optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, style, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video creation, filming, and editing (portfolio required).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and storytelling techniques.
  • Basic skills in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for e-commerce, logistics, or tech is a plus.
