Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Boumerdès for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will lead the creative team in developing innovative and impactful branding strategies while overseeing art direction, creative strategies, and design processes. Responsibilities include managing creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, collaborating with other departments, and mentoring creative team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction, including the ability to lead and inspire a creative team
• Strong expertise in Creative Strategy and Branding to develop and implement brand visions aligned with business goals
• Skills in Art Direction to craft visually compelling designs and ensure alignment with brand identity
• Proficiency in Graphic Design to provide innovative visual solutions and practical creative input for design projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills for effectively working across diverse teams
• Proven experience in the implementation of cross-channel creative campaigns
• Previous experience in a similar role within creative industries is a significant advantage
