Role Description – Art Director (On-site | Boumerdès Centre)

ECI Groupe is hiring a
full-time, on-site Art Director
to lead and elevate the visual identity of its brands. Based
exclusively in Boumerdès Centre
, this role is responsible for defining creative direction, supervising design execution, and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and media.

The Art Director will translate brand strategies into strong visual concepts, oversee branding and design projects from idea to delivery, and manage a team of designers. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, content, and account teams, as well as direct interaction with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-impact creative solutions—on time and at the highest quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive creative and visual direction across all brands and projects
• Lead branding, rebranding, and visual identity development initiatives
• Supervise and mentor designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital, print, and packaging
• Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and account teams
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in
  Art Direction and Creative Direction
• Strong expertise in branding, visual identity, and design systems
• High-level proficiency in graphic design and visual communication
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of
  digital marketing and content-driven design
  is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in
  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
  , or a related field
