We are looking for a highly motivated engineer with strong B2B sales experience and technical expertise in industrial solutions.

1-Month Training in Lebanon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new client relationships within the Algerian market
  • Promote and sell plastic mold solutions to industrial clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by closing new deals and maintaining strong follow-ups
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance

Requirements
:

  • Degree: Mechanical or Industrial engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales (plastic mold industry experience is a strong advantage)
  • Knowledge: Proven ability to close deals and achieve measurable targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure

The candidate must be based near Algiers with personal car or motorbike for client visits, and willing to travel for a 1-month onboarding training in Lebanon.
