Assist in the preparation of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports and related documentation.
Conduct historical performance analysis to assess the financial standing of clients.
Participate in the evaluation of Quality of Earnings to identify one-off income costs.
Support analyses related to Net Working Capital (NWC).
Aid in the identification of debt-like items through comprehensive balance sheet reviews.
Contribute to the assessment of targets' forecasts and potential financial risks.
Engage in meetings and discussions with clients and target company management, assisting the team in day-to-day FDD execution tasks.
Desired Candidate ProfileUndergraduate, graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Internship experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or Private Equity is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating a proactive approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
