About the role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and value from the company's offerings. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
Profile Requirements
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Experience in a similar industry or sector is a plus.
Skills:
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
Other Requirements:
• Nationality: Preferably Algerian, though other nationalities will be considered.
• Work Experience: 2 years of total work experience in a sales environment.
• Education: Relevant educational background in business, sales, or a related field.
