MYNDALL est une entreprise d'ingénierie logicielle spécialisée dans le développement de solutions digitales sur mesure, ERP, applications métiers et services IT avancés.
Nous sommes une petite équipe d'ingénieurs passionnés et nous recherchons aujourd'hui une personne clé pour structurer et développer notre activité commerciale.
Mission principale
Développer notre portefeuille clients, gérer les relations avec nos clients existants et représenter MYNDALL lors de salons et événements professionnels.
Vos responsabilités
Prospection & Développement Commercial
- Identifier de nouveaux prospects dans nos marchés cibles (B2B, PME, institutions, entreprises).
- Utiliser nos outils de prospection (CRM, campagnes d'e-mailing, LinkedIn, appels).
- Construire des séquences d'e-mails et scripts d'appel professionnels.
- Générer des rendez-vous qualifiés pour l'équipe technique/direction.
Qualification & Suivi des Leads
- Analyser les besoins des prospects et évaluer leur potentiel commercial.
- Prioriser les opportunités et assurer un suivi régulier.
- Préparer et organiser des réunions commerciales.
Relation Client
- Être le point de contact principal pour nos clients existants.
- Assurer un suivi régulier des projets et la satisfaction client.
- Identifier des opportunités d'upsell et de nouveaux besoins.
Représentation & Événements
- Participer aux salons, foires et événements professionnels.
- Présenter MYNDALL et nos solutions aux visiteurs.
- Collecter et qualifier les leads générés lors des événements.
Reporting & Amélioration Continue
- Mettre à jour quotidiennement le CRM.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (taux d'ouverture, réponses, RDV…).
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser nos campagnes.
Profil recherché
Expérience
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en développement commercial, SDR, chargé(e) d'affaires, ou relation client B2B.
- Expérience dans l'IT, le digital ou les services technologiques fortement appréciée.
Compétences
- Excellente communication orale et écrite en français.
- À l'aise avec les appels commerciaux, l'e-mailing et LinkedIn.
- Bon niveau d'organisation et autonomie.
- Capacité à comprendre et expliquer des solutions techniques simples.
