Location: Within pharmaceutical companies (onsite, not online)

About the Role

Leela Home eLearning is seeking a highly qualified
English Teacher specialized in the Pharmaceutical Industry
to deliver in-person training within partner companies. The teacher will work directly with professionals in the sector, helping them improve their communication skills in English with a strong focus on pharmaceutical terminology.

Requirements


English Proficiency

  • At least C1 (advanced), ideally C2 (proficient), certified (Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
  • Ability to explain complex technical terms in a clear and simple way


Teaching Skills

  • Proven experience in teaching English
    (preferably Scientific English)
  • Experience designing and adapting modules for professionals from pharmaceutical/scientific backgrounds


Sector Knowledge

  • Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical contexts
  • Two possible profiles:
  • A)
    English Language Trainer
    with experience teaching in pharmaceutical ield
  • B)
    Industry Professional
    (pharmacist, biologist, quality manager, etc.) with fluent English and training/teaching experience


Additional Assets

  • Knowledge of GMP, ICH, ISO standards (basic or advanced)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage adult learners in professional environments

Conditions

  • Onsite teaching (within pharmaceutical companies)
  • Sessions take place
    after working hours (after 5 PM)
  • Passion for teaching and learner success
  • Must be available for in-company evening training sessions

  • Preparing learning materials (notes, quizzes, role plays, etc.)
  • Adapting teaching style to learners' specific professional needs
