Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources (RH) position based in Oran, Algeria. The RH professional will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and providing support for training and development initiatives. Additional responsibilities involve policy implementation, employee relations management, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also includes contributing to the development of strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Skills in planning, coordinating, and supporting staff training and development programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or an advanced degree would be advantageous
• Previous experience in the energy sector or a multinational organization is desirable
