À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable RH, Administration et Opérations pour assurer la direction et la coordination de l'ensemble des fonctions non académiques de notre école. Véritable pilier organisationnel, vous garantirez la bonne gestion des ressources humaines, de l'administration, des infrastructures, de la logistique, ainsi que de la santé & sécurité. Votre rôle est essentiel pour permettre à l'équipe pédagogique de se concentrer sur l'enseignement et la réussite des élèves.

Vos principales missions

  • Ressources Humaines : recrutement, contrats, paie, suivi du personnel, formations, relations sociales, conformité avec le droit du travail.
  • Administration & Secrétariat : gestion des inscriptions, accueil des familles, communication avec les parents et fournisseurs, supervision du service IT.
  • Finance & Achats : suivi budgétaire, validation des achats, gestion des fournisseurs et négociation des contrats.
  • Infrastructures & Logistique : gestion des bâtiments, maintenance, sécurité, transport scolaire et stocks.
  • Restauration & Santé : supervision de la cantine, hygiène, infirmerie et coordination avec les autorités sanitaires.
  • Leadership & Stratégie : encadrement des équipes support, suivi des KPI, amélioration continue et participation à la stratégie de l'école.

Profil recherché

  • • Licence ou Master en RH, Administration, Management ou domaine connexe.
  • • Expérience confirmée (7 à 10 ans dont 3 ans en poste de direction) dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en milieu scolaire ou éducatif.
  • Compétences en leadership, communication et gestion multi-services.
  • Maîtrise du droit du travail algérien et des normes santé & sécurité.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'arabe ; l'anglais est un atout majeur.
  • Solides compétences informatiques (MS Office, ERP, logiciels RH/finance).

Conditions de travail

  • Poste à temps plein basé sur le campus.
  • Déplacements ponctuels possibles (autorités, fournisseurs, etc.).
