Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in dar el bida, Algeria, for a Community Manager position. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the company's online presence, engaging with the audience on social media platforms, and crafting strategies to build and maintain a strong community. Daily tasks include creating and posting content, fostering audience engagement, analyzing social media performance, and ensuring brand alignment across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Management, Community Engagement, and Online Communication
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Blog Writing
- Experience in Social Media Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Campaign Optimization
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Social Media Trends
- Excellent organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related disciplines
