Chez DesignFlow, nous aidons les startups et PME de la région EMEA à développer des identités fortes et des expériences digitales efficaces grâce à notre modèle de design par abonnement.
Nous cherchons aujourd'hui un Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) pour concevoir des interfaces claires, élégantes et fonctionnelles, au service des utilisateurs et des marques.
Vos missions- Concevoir des interfaces web et mobiles modernes, intuitives et accessibles.
- Créer des user flows, wireframes, prototypes et design systems.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les clients pour transformer les besoins en expériences digitales concrètes.
- Garantir la cohérence visuelle et fonctionnelle des produits livrés.
- Effectuer des tests utilisateurs et itérer sur la base des retours.
- Présenter et défendre tes choix de design de manière claire et argumentée.
- Portfolio de qualité mettant en avant des projets UI/UX et de design produit.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en design produit, UI/UX ou poste équivalent.
- Maîtrise de Figma et bonne connaissance d'outils de prototypage et de test.
- Compréhension des principes d'ergonomie, d'accessibilité et de design system.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
- Aisance à présenter tes solutions et à défendre tes choix face aux clients.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en français (niveau C1/C2).
- Une base en marketing digital ou growth design est un plus.
Rémunération motivante : salaire de base – DZD/mois, avec des bonus mensuels pouvant atteindre DZD → soit jusqu'à DZD/mois.
Oran + télétravail : un bureau créatif à Oran, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance.
Projets variés : web, mobile, design system, prototypage, tests utilisateurs — aucun projet ne se ressemble.
Perspectives d'évolution : prends de l'importance au fur et à mesure de l'évolution de l'équipe et de la croissance de DesignFlow.
