QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing field,
• Proficiency in PFMEA, AMDEC, AutoCAD, Line Management, Launch Activities, Process Flow Management and SAP,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize issues effectively,
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused,
• Team player with the ability to work independently,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Proficient in French (professional working level),
• Knowledge of Turkish is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure engineering studies for new projects in collaboration with central, also continues improvement for process,
• Analyzing and reporting on production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, availability of machines to insure continuous improvement,
• Prepare design & installation for new equipment's, machines & process,
• Collaborate with different departments to analyses & optimize process, areas, costs and increase capacity,
• Prepare & analyze operational cards, oversee daily manufacturing operations to insure efficient& effective use of different resources,
• Support & prepare actions plan to solve unhabitual situations specially in production.
