Project description

We have two exciting projects starting in Algeria and Iraq. These projects are independent of each other and will run on their own timelines. We are looking for qualified Analysts and Business Analysts to join both the Algeria and Iraq projects, as outlined below.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize them, and translate into technical specifications
  • Write user stories.
  • Design end-to-end campaigns and customer lifecycle activities for postpaid and prepaid subscribers.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of product applications.
  • Deliver assigned analysis tasks accurately and on time.
  • Create planned campaign flows within the project scope and prepare the necessary documentation.
  • Complete pre-delivery testing thoroughly to ensure quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, turn insights into actions, and produce high-quality, clear analysis documentation
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL sufficient to understand existing data structures
  • Experience with products such as Evam, SAS Marketing, SAS RTDM
  • Must have participated in at least 2 Evam projects for Senior Analyst position. For Analyst position Evam experience is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Business/Technical analysis experience for Analyst level
  • Minimum 5–6 years of Business/Technical analysis experience for Senior Analyst level
  • Experience in campaign management within the telecommunications sector
  • Knowledge of inbound/outbound campaign management
  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Arabic
  • Willingness to travel to or reside in Iraq for the Iraq project, or in Algeria for the Algeria project
