Role Description Executive Assistant (
Remote, Full-Time)
We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to work directly with the company founder. This is a full-time remote role supporting both personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage executive calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings
Handle email correspondence and incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Assist with internal communications and follow-ups across remote teams
Prepare and manage expense reports, documents, and administrative records
Help with personal task management (appointments, reminders, travel planning, etc.)
Support ongoing projects and ensure task completion and deadlines are met
Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Experience providing executive administrative assistance and support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience in managing schedules, email inboxes, and task lists
Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an asset
Salary compensation:
45 000 DZD + Bonus (referring to the KPI's)
