Role :

Faire le lien entre les équipes commerciales et techniques pour accompagner le client dans la définition, la conception et la validation de solutions ICT adaptées à ses besoins. Il/elle contribue directement au développement du chiffre d'affaires en apportant une expertise technique et fonctionnelle dans la phase avant-vente.

Responsabilités du poste :

Analyse des besoins clients

  • Participer aux rendez-vous avec les commerciaux.
  • Recueillir et challenger les besoins métiers et techniques des clients.
  • Effectuer des audits techniques et diagnostics d'infrastructure.

Conception et élaboration de solutions

  • Proposer des architectures ICT (réseau, cloud, cybersécurité, data center, connectivité, collaboration…).
  • Élaborer les propositions techniques et financières en collaboration avec les équipes internes et partenaires.
  • Rédiger les offres techniques, mémoires de réponse aux appels d'offres et cahiers des charges.

Support au cycle de vente

  • Présenter et démontrer les solutions aux clients (présentations, POC, démonstrateurs).
  • Argumenter la valeur ajoutée et le ROI des solutions proposées.
  • Répondre aux objections techniques et accompagner le commercial dans la négociation.

Coordination interne et externe

  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes techniques (ingénierie, delivery, exploitation).
  • Interagir avec les fournisseurs, éditeurs et partenaires technologiques.
  • Veiller à l'alignement entre la promesse commerciale et les capacités de delivery.

Veille et expertise

  • Se tenir informé(e) des évolutions technologiques (cloud, 5G, SD-WAN, sécurité, IoT, IA…).
  • Participer aux certifications et formations.
  • Être force de proposition pour enrichir le portefeuille d'offres de l'entreprise

Expérience et qualifications :

  • Formation Bac+4/5 (ingénieur télécom, informatique, réseaux, ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 3 à 6 ans en avant-vente ICT, intégration ou opérateur télécom.
  • Bonne connaissance des produits et solutions d'entreprise
  • Maitrise de : Réseaux, systèmes, virtualisation, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersécurité.
  • Certifications techniques appréciées (Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
  • Anglais professionnel
  • Aptitude à vulgariser des concepts technique
