Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated
Educational Content Manager
to oversee the development of the
English Story Series
, a collection of 60 classic English stories adapted for learners at levels A1 to C2. The manager will ensure all content is linguistically accurate, age-appropriate, and engaging, while coordinating with the design, audio, and digital teams to create high-quality print and audio books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select, evaluate, and approve classic English stories suitable for each proficiency level (A1–C2).
  • Adapt and simplify stories according to learners' language levels while maintaining the original narrative essence.
  • Develop comprehension questions, vocabulary exercises, and interactive activities for each story.
  • Collaborate with voice-over professionals to ensure accurate and engaging audiobook recordings.
  • Supervise the consistency and quality of all content across the series.
  • Coordinate with designers for book layout, illustrations, and visual elements.
  • Work with developers to integrate content into apps, digital platforms, and interactive formats.
  • Monitor and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the series.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching English as a foreign language, educational content creation, or adapting literature for learners.
  • Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and language learning pedagogy.
  • Experience in designing reading comprehension and language activities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with audiobook production and script adaptation.
  • Experience in curriculum development or publishing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for education and promoting English literacy.
