Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, based in Dély Brahim. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing clerical tasks, and providing courteous customer service. Additionally, the Front Desk Receptionist will maintain an organized and professional front office environment while addressing inquiries from students and parents efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and able to manage incoming and outgoing calls effectively
• Hands-on experience with Receptionist Duties and general front desk management
• Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with students, parents, and staff
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Prior front desk or administrative experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications
