Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant, based in Algiers with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Virtual Assistant will manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, email and calendar management, and communication coordination. Additionally, the role includes conducting research, managing documentation, and providing support for day-to-day operational activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, email/calendar management, and documentation
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic technical skills, including familiarity with office software and virtual tools
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments and the ability to meet deadlines independently
- Experience in customer support or client interaction is a plus
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills
- Speaks Arabic clearly (Syrian / Levant / or neutral understandable dialect)
