• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and test cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design and execute test cases to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
