We are looking for a talented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join us. Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking) to attract talent.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during hiring.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field. - Experience:
- 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Languages:
English required; additional languages are a plus.
