is looking for a talented and motivated
Mid-Level Mobile App Developer
to join our team in Algiers. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for building high-quality, impactful mobile applications using Flutter. This is an immediate-start, fixed-term (CDD) contract position that offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills while shaping our mobile development future.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications. Your duties will include:

  • Developing robust and scalable mobile applications using the
    Flutter
    framework.
  • Collaborating with designers and product managers to translate concepts into a seamless user experience.
  • Leading small-scale projects
    from initial design through to deployment, ensuring they meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Mentoring our junior developers and interns
    , sharing your expertise and guiding them on development best practices.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize app performance.

  • Experience:
    A mid-level professional with proven experience in mobile application development.
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong proficiency in
    Flutter
    and Dart, with a solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle.
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver small projects.
  • Communication:
    Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual:
    Proficiency in both Arabic and French is required to effectively communicate with our team and local clients.
