Role Overview
We are seeking a Video Creator & Real Estate Assistant who can:

• Create real estate social media videos with dynamic backgrounds, property effects, text overlays, and numbers (like in the examples linked below).

• Edit videos using mobile editing applications such as CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.

• Add titles, effects, and animations to highlight real estate properties.

• Support management with calls, scheduling, and assistant tasks.

• Help in daily real estate and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for real estate marketing with engaging transitions and effects.

• Use mobile apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.) for fast, creative editing.

• Add property details, pricing, and dynamic titles into videos.

• Assist with answering calls, scheduling, and client communications.

• Support social media content planning.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar).

• Creative eye for real estate-style video content.

• Good communication skills (English or French).

• Organized, reliable, and proactive.

• Customer service or assistant experience is a plus.

Compensation
Base Salary: 45,000 DZD / month

Bonus: Additional CAD$-based performance bonus tied to KPIs up to 400$.
