Responsibilities
:


• The individual who has end-to-end control over the business solution required in the project and provides direction for the broader picture.


• Foresees and executes end-to-end campaign and customer lifecycle activities for subscribers in the postpaid and prepaid segments.


• Must have prior experience with CVM and transformation projects. Strong project management experience.


• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize them, and translate them into technical specifications, creating user stories.


• Works closely with development teams to ensure successful product implementations.


• Conducts regular system audits and recommends improvements.


• Coordinates the resolution of any issues or technical problems encountered during implementations.


• Possess strong analytical skills that enable data interpretation and the ability to translate this data into action, and can produce high-quality, comprehensive analysis documentation using this information.

Required Qualifications:


• At least 5 years of experience in campaigns with postpaid customers, particularly in the telecom sector.


• At least 5 years of solution and project management experience.


• Detail-oriented, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication skills, experience, and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical individuals.


• Ability to write user stories by translating business needs into technical specifications.


• Ability to write and run test scenarios with the customer.


• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in campaigns, CRM, or a customer-facing field


• Telecom industry experience


• Arabic proficiency


• Residency in Iraq/Algeria

Must Haves:


• Minimum B2 level English


• At least 5 years of experience managing campaigns with postpaid/prepaid customers, particularly in the telecom sector


• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills


• At least 2-3 years of business and technical analysis experience and organizational skills

Skills:


• Expertise in CRM systems and campaign management tools.


• Knowledge of Martech solutions such as Unica - SAS Marketing - Pega - Adobe a plus


• Ability to write and run test scenarios with the client


• Unix/Linux commands


• Database (Postgre / Oracle / MSSQL) commands


• Log reading


• JSON/SOAP API integration


• C-Level reporting


• Knowledge of Power BI or a similar tool is required.
