Digital Project ManagerAbout the Role

You will be the
strategic operator and creative orchestrator
behind our most exciting digital initiatives. From digital campaigns and branding activations, to audiovisual productions and product launches, you'll make sure every project is delivered
on time, on budget, and at a world-class standard
.

This role is about
leadership and transformation
turning concepts into flawless executions that set new benchmarks in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and manage digital projects from A to Z.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (creative, production, marketing, technical).
  • Build clear project roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and provide solutions before issues escalate.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with transparent, effective communication.
  • Optimize workflows, tools, and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure every project delivered by Spiros Agency reflects
    excellence and innovation
    .

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has proven experience in
    digital project management
    (agency, media, or creative industry).
  • Masters
    project management tools
    (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Understands the full spectrum of
    digital marketing, branding, and creative production
    .
  • Communicates with clarity and impact in
    English & French
    (Arabic is a plus).
  • Thrives under pressure and delivers results, not excuses.
