NCUK Algeria is looking for a passionate and qualified Economics Teacher to join our academic team for the upcoming academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of international students preparing for entry into leading UK and global universities.

Qualifications & Experience (Essential unless stated otherwise):

A relevant academic qualification at UK graduate level (Master's level for Research Methods).

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably delivering a Western-style syllabus using Western conventions and methodologies.

Relevant teaching experience in Economics (Higher Education or Foundation level).

Recognised teaching qualification in the relevant subject (Desirable).

Understanding of UK/Western higher education systems and international student needs.

Direct experience in higher or further education within an international context.

Ability to contribute to integrated, cross-curricular teaching.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

Competence in the use of ICT for teaching and learning.

Additional Desirable Criteria:

Experience in curriculum/qualification development.

Familiarity with academic assessment, standards, and quality assurance.

Experience of teaching English as a second language.

Cross-cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.

Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
