Brand Manager

Vous contribuerez activement au développement, au positionnement et à la gestion de la gamme de produits COTEX. En collaboration étroite avec l'équipe marketing, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à renforcer la performance et la visibilité de la marque sur le marché.
Missions et responsabilités :
- Assurer l'adaptation continue des produits aux besoins du marché et aux attentes des consommateurs.
- Réaliser une veille concurrentielle régulière pour identifier les opportunités et valoriser les avantages compétitifs de la marque.
- Collaborer efficacement avec les équipes Qualité et Production afin d'optimiser la performance des produits.
- Suivre et actualiser les prévisions annuelles et mensuelles liées au budget, à la communication et aux actions promotionnelles dans le cadre du « Brand Plan ».
- Définir les axes de communication et mettre en œuvre les supports promotionnels adaptés.
- Exploiter les études de marché et contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits.
- Concevoir et enrichir la gamme de produits confiée.
- Développer les outils d'aide à la vente : PLV, box, catalogues, argumentaires…
- Élaborer le plan marketing, les stratégies de lancement et les plans de développement de la gamme.
- Concevoir et déployer les outils promotionnels destinés aux distributeurs et aux consommateurs.
Profil recherché :
- Bac +4/5 en Marketing ou Commerce.
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise des fondamentaux du marketing stratégique et opérationnel.
- Bonnes connaissances en études de marché et analyse de données.
- Sensibilité forte au branding et à l'expérience consommateur.
- Orientation résultats, agilité et sens de la satisfaction client.
