As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for short-term capacity planning, including forecasting demand peaks and optimizing incentives (rush bonuses). You will work with local teams to ensure the best possible availability of drivers and delivery personnel at critical times. Responsibilities :
  • Monitor and analyze key indicators in real time (supply vs. demand, delivery times, acceptance rates, driver availability).
  • Develop and improve operational processes to ensure efficient and rapid order fulfillment.
  • Adjust incentive and pricing strategies in line with market dynamics.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to optimize performance in collaboration with Data teams.
  • Work with product teams to identify improvements to tracking and automation tools.
Profile :
  • 4-6 years' experience in operations planning, logistics or supply chain.
  • Background in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or supply chain management.
  • Experience with forecasting and logistics simulation tools (Arena, AnyLogic, Python, SQL, advanced Excel).
  • Knowledge of workforce optimization strategies and dynamic incentives.
  • Ability to work in agile mode and in collaboration with local and product teams.
