Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operational Specialist located in Algiers with some work from home flexibility. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, supporting project management activities, and assisting in sales efforts. Key tasks include monitoring operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that operational procedures are followed efficiently. The Operational Specialist will also collaborate closely with different teams to optimize operational performance and support the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge and experience in Sales to support business growth
- Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure smooth functioning of processes
- Project Management skills to oversee and guide project initiatives
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
