Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Boumerdès. The Marketing Manager will create and execute marketing strategies to drive ECI Groupe's growth across its diverse portfolio of brands and businesses. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, analyzing market trends and data, overseeing advertising strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and goals. The ideal candidate will lead with innovation and strategic thinking to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Campaign Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Customer Insights
  • Experience in Brand Development, Advertising, and Marketing Communication
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in relevant digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the consumer goods and digital platforms industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
