Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to delivery, deployment, and testing. The role requires strong technical understanding of software production and the ability to manage teams effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position in Batna, and applicants must be residents of Batna.

Responsibilities

-Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to delivery.

-Coordinate between clients, developers, and designers to ensure smooth communication.

-Monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.

Provide leadership, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

-Support and assist with on-site operational tasks when required.

-Supervise and manage the production and testing of:

.APIs (design, development, deployment, and integration).

.Web applications.

.Desktop applications.

.Mobile applications published on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Requirements

-Must be resident in Batna (mandatory, on-site position).

-Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or related fields.

-Demonstrated experience managing and testing:

.Desktop applications

.Mobile applications published on Play Store and App Store

-Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
