Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead and manage our maintenance operations in terms of industrial & facilities equipment, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, availability, and performance. This role requires advanced technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, alongside proven leadership capabilities to foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

As a key leader within the maintenance team, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for
scheduling coordinating, and overseeing all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, safety standards, and production priorities. The Supervisor will also drive reliability initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and support the implementation of best practices in maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary maintenance team, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and development.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate technicians to enhance their skills and ensure career progression.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance team culture, focusing on accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to EHS and quality standards.
  • Lead daily toolbox talks and team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and safety practices.

Maintenance Strategy & Planning

  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance tasks, balancing urgent corrective actions with long-term reliability objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and facility management teams to align maintenance activities with operational priorities and project timelines.
  • Manage maintenance tools, with creating a tools store.

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as a technical authority, providing expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment failures in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks comply with OEM specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and application of technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.

System & Process Management

  • Oversee the use of the
    SAP PM Module
    for maintenance scheduling, task management, and reporting.
  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, work instructions, and compliance records in the
    Document Management System (DMS)
    .
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

EHS & Compliance

  • Champion and enforce strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
  • Lead 5S initiatives and other safety programs to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.

Continuous Improvement & Reliability Initiatives

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and control costs.
  • Participate in the implementation and promotion of the reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), condition-based monitoring, and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and improve Facility reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Engineer degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • [8+] years of experience in maintenance, with at least [3+] years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with SAP (PM Module) is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, asset management principles, and reliability engineering.
  • Expertise in EHS compliance, risk management, and safety leadership.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documentation, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
