Role Summary
The HR Supervisor supports daily HR operations in Algeria, focusing on recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Must be an English-speaking professional able to coordinate with regional teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage contracts, HR files, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Handle monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy.
- Support employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Algerian labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with training activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 2–4 years HR experience including payroll.
- Strong English, French, and Arabic communication.
- Good knowledge of Algerian labor law.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
