Role Summary

The HR Supervisor supports daily HR operations in Algeria, focusing on recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Must be an English-speaking professional able to coordinate with regional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage contracts, HR files, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Handle monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy.
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Algerian labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with training activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–4 years HR experience including payroll.
  • Strong English, French, and Arabic communication.
  • Good knowledge of Algerian labor law.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
