HR Supervisor – Transsion Holdings (Algeria)
Location: Algiers
Role Summary
The HR Supervisor supports daily HR operations in Algeria, focusing on recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Must be an English-speaking professional able to coordinate with regional teams.
Main Responsibilities
· Lead recruitment and onboarding.
· Manage contracts, HR files, attendance, and leave tracking.
· Handle monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy.
· Support employee relations and disciplinary actions.
· Ensure compliance with Algerian labor laws and company policies.
· Prepare HR reports and assist with training activities.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
· 2–4 years HR experience including payroll.
· Strong English, French, and Arabic communication.
· Good knowledge of Algerian labor law.
· Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
