Role Overview

We're seeking a **Senior Flutter Developer** to join our vibrant team. You'll collaborate directly with an in-house full-time Flutter dev to bring our responsive, pixel-perfect mobile experience to life — matching Figma design. If you're passionate about clean architecture, BLoC state management, and delivering high-quality Flutter apps, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Implement UI/UX flows from Figma into Flutter with pixel-perfect precision

• Architect and build reusable modules following **clean architecture principles**

• Manage state using **BLoC** effectively across complex screens

• Integrate with RESTful APIs, handling authentication, pagination, caching, and error states

• Optimize performance, including lazy loading, image handling, and smooth animations

• Collaborate with the in-house developer and design team to ensure consistency and quality

• Coordinate on CI/CD pipelines (e.g., build\_runner, freezed, test automation)

• Provide code reviews, mentor, and help enforce best practices and code hygiene

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience

• Deep understanding of **clean/dart/flutter architecture** (e.g., layered, domain-driven)

• Proven experience implementing **BLoC or cubit** for state management

• Strong proficiency with **REST API integration**, JSON serialization, error handling

• Mastery in converting **Figma designs to Flutter layouts** (responsive across devices)

• Experience with code generation tools (build\_runner, freezed, json\_serializable)

• Familiarity with testing strategies: **unit**, **widget**, and **integration tests**

• Git-based collaboration in a remote team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Bitrise, GitHub Actions)

• Firebase services (FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics)

• Offline support with local storage solutions (Hive, Isar)
